Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return—for any reason, including "it didn't match my aesthetic."

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original condition (no bent bookmarks, no torn sticker sheets, no scribbled notepads).

• Stickers, washi tape, and bookmarks are non-returnable (they're hygiene-sensitive or too easily damaged—once they leave us, they're yours).

• Notepads and notebooks with manufacturing defects (missing pages, binding issues, misaligned covers)—email us with photos within 7 days and we'll replace them free.

How to return (for eligible items):

1. Email returns@[yourshop].com with your order number and reason.

2. We'll send a prepaid label (cost deducted from refund unless the error is ours).

3. Pack securely—don't use our washi tape as packing tape, please.

Refunds

After inspection (usually 3–5 business days), we refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

Want a different notebook cover? Or a different bookmark design? Email us—we'll treat it as an exchange and waive return shipping for the replacement.

Damaged or wrong item

If your package looks like it was used as a football, or we accidentally sent you a sticker sheet of "MONDAY" instead of "FRIDAY," email within 7 days with photos. We'll replace immediately—no return needed.

Final sale

Items discounted 40% or more are final. They're already a steal—so grab them while they last.
